How to Use the Single-space Parking Meter


Keep in Mind the Following Points Before Using the Device

Park within a "lined parking space."

Insert a charge of 300 (200 or 100) yen first.

Check the indicator shows "0 minute."

Observe the time limit. The maximum parking period is 60 minutes (40 or 20 minutes).



How to Use the Meter Correctly.

Park correctly in the lined parking space and then check whether the sensor has detected the presence of your vehicle.

Before inserting coins, be sure to check the indicator shows "0 minute."

The indicator shows how much time has passed from the time entered to the present.

Parking over the time limit may result in illegal parking.

The moment the sensor has detected the presence of your vehicle, the light comes on. This light will be on until you insert coins.

When you have inserted the fixed amount of a charge, the light goes off.

Be sure to check the device normally functions and then leave the place.

The meter accepts 100 yen coins only.

When you insert coins other than 100 yen coins, or decrepit ones, these coins will be rejected and returned here in this bucket.
