In case your information resulted in their arrest, rewards from both the Criminal Investigation Special Rewards Fund (a public reward fund administered by the National Police Agency of Japan) and the Fund for the Capture of AUM-Shinrikyo Criminals (a private reward fund) will be paid.

Term of validity: From February 2, 2012, to October 31, 2012. If no arrest is made during the period, the term might be extended.   Reward offered: Up to ten million yen for each AUM fugitive. (The amount includes eight million yen offered by the Criminal Investigation Special Rewards Fund, and two million yen offered by a private reward fund.)   Reward authorization: The National Police Agency of Japan may authorize the payment of the Criminal Investigation Special Rewards Fund. Among the applicants for the reward, the person(s) who most contributed to the arrest of the AUM fugitives can obtain the rewards. In case more than one person has most contributed to the arrest, the rewards are equally divided to the qualified applicants. The contribution of information is evaluated by Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. Yet the reward is not payable if an applicant is a member of an organized crime group, or any other group that is believed to be harmful to public order, or in case an applicant cannot be identified because of his/her anonymity or pseudonym.
