On March, 30, at about 8:30 a.m, 1995
the Commissioner General of the National Police Agency was shot by a gunman
in front of his residence located at 37-11, Minami-senju 6chome, Arakawa-ku,
Tokyo, Japan.
Any information on the suspect and the handgun will be greatly appreciated.

In the early morning, several days before the incident, a wagon car (Toyota
Estima?) was witnessed near the branch of the Waterworks Bureau.

A small-sized red vehicle, believed to be Mitsubishi Minica, was witnessed
in the morning, a day before the incident.

At around 7:50 a.m. on the day of the incident, a 2-ton truck with hood
bed (Nissan Atlas?) was witnessed on the street at the north side of the
Mikawashima Sewage Plant.
